Thank you for taking the time to fill out our customer survey, we are concerned with the staisfaction of the our customers and value your input.  we are always striving to be the best and will use this survey for training purposes and to achieve that goal.

The questions on  the rating scale will be 1 through 10 a score of 1 being completely dissatisfied and score of 10 being completely satisfied.
